Whole Life Therapies & Soul Coaching

The integrative, multi-discipline healing approaches

Whole Life Therapies and soul coaching – a holistic mind, body, and spirit process that allows each of us to identify and break through our innermost barriers to achieving peace, serenity and spiritual depth.

Whole life therapies integrates various modalities and spiritual practices primarily through Gendai Reiki (spiritual) healing, Intention Tapping, Mindfulness based Energy diagnostics (EDxTM), Appreciative Way coaching, Metaphors of Movement coaching, energy body balancing, internal peace circle process, spiritual development coaching.

Intention Tapping is a powerful method of applying intention and tapping to release from the subconscious what is no longer life-giving and impedes a soulful life.  (beliefs, patterns, ideas, projections and internalized identities or default emotions, etc).  It is also a gentle and beautiful way to restore flow and balance to our energy that is blocked or disturbed. It is very adept at helping work through our resistances and aversions to change and embodying a new way of being.  As well as integrating Intention Tapping in my work with you, I am also an Intention Tapping mentor with Steve Wells, international leadership coach and peak performance consultant, from Perth, Western Australia.

Appreciative Way Coaching (the work of Rob and Kim Voyle) is based on the synthesis of the practice and philosophy of Appreciative Inquiry and the work of Milton Erikson and Steve and Connie Andreas, Metaphors of Movement and Contemplative Spirituality.

What Shirley Lynn’s clients say about Soul Coaching

“…I know she can really make a difference. I feel safe working on things with Shirley Lynn. It’s like she wouldn’t let anything bad happen to me, as she’s so careful about grounding, making sure the benefits of each session don’t slip away, going at a measured pace that I can cope with and the reminders about pre- and post-visit nutrition, water, rest, etc. This is not “airy fairy” work that’s just pleasant or ‘feel-good’ – it’s grounded and meant to make a real and lasting difference and that’s what I’m looking for.”

“I am a totally different person from the first time that I walked into Shirley’s office. I am more present and connected to who I am. I am humbled over and over with the information that Shirley teaches us. Her teaching methods help me to identify what I need to change and she teaches me how to take the information into my mind and body. This makes the process of change more solid and real for me.”
