The Great Life seeks to live through you. It’s not just about the life that we want to live or you think you should live. It’s also about the life that seeks to flow through you. When these forces meet, we can find ourselves in a sudden disruption where our lives no longer align with the path we are on or perhaps the path has been washed away.
Life flows change and you may find yourself walking a trail that once felt right, yet now feels distant from who you are. Or you find yourself standing at a quiet fork in the road, unsure which way to turn. There are times when the path seems to disappears into a fog, or becomes overgrown, asking more of you than you feel ready to give.

We are also experiencing bigger movements in our world and perhaps personally— seasons of sudden storms—loss, change, or significant disruption—where the ground beneath you shifts, and the way forward is no longer clear. Sometimes, life happens in a way that the bridge that once supported you has fallen away, and what used to work no longer does.
Sometimes after the illness or a long time focused in the same way, you can find yourself in quieter moments too… where nothing is visibly wrong, yet something within you is calling for more.
In times of confusion or overwhelm, you may feel yourself walking in circles, repeating the same patterns again and again. Or perhaps you are carrying more than your share, the weight of expectations, responsibilities, or unspoken truths that make the path feel miserable and dull.
There are times when the path feels steep and relentless and just too much concrete and steel closing in you. And you look around and wonder why others seem so certain, while you feel lost, left behind, or you feel alone on the journey, even in the presence of others.
When these moments in life happen, and they will, taking the path of Wisdom’s Way to Peace is a personalized and deeply guided method to support you.
Wisdom’s Way to Peace consists of 5 phases (though not linear)
- Creating connection to learn to hear yourself, to hear the Wisdom speaking in you and to you. This phase is about slowing your breath, and building awareness of your body, your inner thoughts and feelings
- Deepening awareness to discern your inner truth, what’s in alignment and the values you hold in your bones. This phase helps discern truth from conditioning (shoulds, beliefs, habits, patterns) and to see the path more clearly
- Remembering the wisdom you hold, or that flows through your ancestors or that comes from your relationship with your environment. This phase is about deepening intuitive listening and reconnecting with your essence, your true nature rather than the wounded or superimposed identity roles.
- Choosing what actually supports you—the boundaries, the life vision, the goals, the relationships/community. This phase is about aligning with what truly is life-giving and practical here and now
- Embodying a new way of being. Changes are only sustainable when we integrate and embody what is life-giving with intention and awareness. Transformation involves the whole self, our bodies and the way we show up in the world and in our relationships. This phase is about building steadiness and trust in self to live with more ease, joy, clarity and self-leadership.
I have grown in so many ways. I am able to set healthy boundaries, have compassion, learning to love and accept myself, and most importantly taking good care of myself. I have gained confidence and trust that is leading me to a life that fulfills me.
I have started to realize I need to make myself a priority and take care of myself. I take time each day to meditate and journal to help with this process.
